DL1 single-pointer gauge is a kind of 240° wide angle gauge, which is applied for displaying
speed and voltage of running locomotive. The gauge is composed of measuring mechanism,
measuring circuits, lighting circuits, and shell etc.. It is endowed with following advantages:

various locomotives at home and abroad.

Installation & Operation

1\Clip-hoop support helps installation, opening hole dimension of gauge head Φ81 mm
2\ When using, observe the primary nominal value and lighting voltage, which should be
accord with the order.
3\Wiring connection refers to connection diagram. Make sure correct connection. (If conne
lighting with signal input terminal, the gauge head would be damaged.) Pay attention to t
polarity of gauge pointer and lighting. Connect cable shield layer with the gauge shell grounding

Checkout & Maintenance  
1\To adjust the linearity, take off the rubber plug at the bottom of gauge, then u
screwdriver to adjust the potentiometer, making linearity reach the stipulated value.   
2\The gauge has to be returned to manufacturer for maintenance, if pointer "zero" po
changing, pointer deviation error, and lighting malfunction happen. Don't open the gauge befo
manufacturer's maintenance.
3\In the process of operation, make sure avoiding frequent and longtime overload.
