Installation & Operation
1\Clip-hoop support helps installation, opening hole dimension of gauge head Φ101mm
2\When using, observe the primary nominal value and lighting voltage, which should be in
accord with the order.
3\Wiring connection refers to connection diagram. Make sure correct connection. (If connect
lighting with signal input terminal, the gauge head would be damaged.) Pay attention to the
polarity of gauge pointer and lighting. Connect cable shield layer with the gauge shell grounding.
Checkout & Maintenance
1\To adjust the linearity, take off the rubber plug at the bottom of gauge, then use
screwdriver to adjust the potentiometer, making linearity reach the stipulated value.
2\The gauge has to be returned to manufacturer for maintenance, if pointer "zero" point
changing, pointer deviation error, and lighting malfunction happen. Don't open the gauge before
manufacturer's maintenance.
3\In the process of operation, make sure avoiding frequent and longtime overload.
