Brief introduction
To make equipment normalized on locomotive operating board, coordinate the configuration,
according to human engineering principle and relative technical laws and regulations by Ministry
of Railways, research and develop ZDY1 type pressure gauge, audio booth combination module.
ZDY1 type pressure gauge, audio booth combination module (hereinafter referred to as
pressure module) is composed of locomotive double-pointer pressure gauge, audio booth, digital
display meter, which is installed to locomotive operating board to display locomotive operating
data, equipment operative condition and relative information especially for engine driver. It adopts
combination module structure, with advantage of convenient installation, visual display, sturdy
design, safe reliability.

Function
Measure and display pressure of locomotive checking cylinder, main air reservoir, train pipe,
equalizing reservoir.
Display operating condition of locomotive equipment.
Voice prompt various equipment condition when locomotive operation.
Adopt push-stem four-screw to fix and installation.

Technical data of pressure module is made up of those of dual-point pressure gauge, audio
booth, status indicator and digital display meter.

Lightening connection directly connect one of lightening terminal of pressure gauge in
pressure gauge module (other terminal has been connected).

Operating method
Before installation, check terminal A of audio booth if in terminal I of module, terminal B of
audio booth if in module terminal Ⅱ(except for SS3B, SS4, DF5).      
Then connect the wires of lightening terminal, audio booth, status indicating lamp plug of
pressure gauge, connect air supply pipe and pressure gauge (connect plug if have pressure digital
gauge), then push pressure gauge module into installation hole on working platform, tighten fixing
screw.
Connect power supply and airing after check wiring well, check air pipe if leakage or not,
device indication if normal or not.  
The product can be delivered and used after passing several tests.

Application notice
a) Tighten the locking screw when install the socket.
b) The gauge module has the capacity of 120% overload, but the upper limit value in dial
should not be exceeded.
c) Every 3~6 months the pressure module has to be checked in order to ensure the accuracy
and the quality of indicator light.
d) Pay attention to dust-proof, damp-proof, and quake-proof for pressure module when not
using. The module should be kept in storeroom with ambient temperature 0~40℃ and relative
humidity 85%, keeping away from caustic and hazardous gas and substance. If not use the module
for over three months, it should be electrified each three months in order to keep the performance
of electric components during effective storage life.  
e) The guarantee of pressure module is 12 months from ex-work. If quality found during this
period, and not seal it off, the seller is responsible for repairing or replacing it free of charge.
